Lead Generator / Sales Development Representative
As a 360 Smart Lingo Lead Generator/SDR, your primary responsibility will be to search for and generate SQLs (Sales Qualified Lead) sales qualified leads and set appointments for our sales team.
You will play a key role in driving the company's growth by working closely with the CGO to identify potential verticals and clients, nurture relationships, and qualify opportunities for language services.
Location: Remote Work
Key Responsibilities:
• List Generation: Create lists of potential clients to qualify.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
• Prospecting: Research target industries and prospective clients, focusing on sectors such as needed and defined by the CGO.
• Appointment Setting: Book appointments with key decision-makers for the sales team to close deals.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM tools.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups on all prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize MQLs to SQLs and the subsequent handoff process.
Key Qualifications:
- Stellar English
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the language services sectors (Preferred).
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM (Nutshell) systems and sales tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
